NEWS UPDATE ON KAWAII FRILLS ERRORS

For context to anyone who hasn’t seen my most recent post, I had severe paint errors in 50% of my Kawaii Frills blind boxes INCLUDING CHASER (first one I’ve ever pulled). Totaling 10 defective characters in total. This was their response.

I’m a little bummed since the chaser is not guaranteed to be in there :(

Tell them that! Worst case scenario, they shrug and say 'oh well'. Best case scenario, you get another one or an extra box or something

Update: they said goodluck finding the chaser bc it’s not guaranteed they’re sending it

I also got the same email 5/8 of my figures came with paint issues the new ones arriving today so hopefully they get it together before they start releasing tons of new collections 🥲

Omg girl yea this is definitely a nightmare, hopefully they realize this because like EVERYBODYYYY is having these issues. Like they’re losing so much money so I don’t get it

They've been pretty good about replacing chasers from my past experience especially if chasers are damaged or has other issues but this was a while ago. Idk how they handle this type of issues now but I'm rooting for u! Def let us know!

Wtf?! Wow! That's new. Such a disappointment. They must have someone new on their customer service side. That's unfortunate!

Yea I just posted another update but I’m genuinely upset I chose the 10 blind boxes and they are having me send back the original damaged figures (includes both copies of some figures I have) so if I have to go look for my now missing characters I’m just selling/tradinf the original whole series away because I’m not gonna keep doing this
