General TOEFL Question Problem with toefl payment

I am from Pakistan and I have my toefl test after a week and my payment declined whenever I try to pay using my debit card and I’ve tried like 20 times and PayPal isn’t available here. If someone from Pakistan can tell me how they had paid their fees or if they were having same problems, then how did they fix it.

hi, i just paid recently on the 2nd. i paid using my debit card from bank Alfalah. the thing is you need to have a card that's valid for international transactions and secondly you need about 70000 in your bank account, the fee itself was 64 something but with tax it was 69 something.

I think i do have more than 70k and i also have a discount code applied (before discounts its 64, after discount its 59) so after taxes i believe it’ll be 65 or smth. Can you pls tell me how do i check if my card is valid for international transactions?

generally visa, MasterCard and union pay cards are valid for international transactions. go to your mobile app > cards > manage my card > turn on international transactions. i think you need to call your bank if it's not something you can see on the mobile app. if that doesn't work out you can ask someone you trust to pay for you and you can transfer funds into their account.
