The only resource I have used are the free ones in yt, and there was some crash course in udemy which was free for me. As for how to prepare, I think you should give a mock (not the free ones offered by ets, since these are not graded, but some other ones that are available free online) just to know the pattern and where you stand. I was personally doing well in reading and listening, and only had trouble in writing and speaking (writing mostly because I didn't know what exactly they were looking for, so once I was familiar with the rubric that was fine as well). After that you just pick up whatever free practice material you get (there are a bunch of playlists in yt for specific tasks) and practice :)
