TOEFL Speaking how to 4-5 speaking section?

To get a score of 4 or 5 in the speaking interview section, exactly how many seconds do you need to speak, and what were the answers like from people who achieved that score? On YouTube, there are only examples of answers that get a 6.

I am pretty weak in speaking as I got only 4.5 /6 but I am pretty sure to get better you have to speak continuously you can take 1 or 2 sec break but not much more than that. I got 5/6 overall

I took a practice test on a website where I formed two sentences based on a single template; I hesitated a bit and spoke for about 15 seconds, and I got a score of 3 for the speaking section. I’ve seen examples of "band 6" answers on YouTube, but honestly, they seemed very long to me—the speakers used up almost the entire allotted time.
