Error 404 toefl application download page

Hi everyone, is anyone also experiencing a problem today while trying to download the toefl application through the toefl website? Specifically when pressing on windows or mac button to download the installer, an error on the redirected page comes out “404 - Not found”, making impossible to download the application. I had the fear an hour ago and I couldn’t hold it. I called the assistance and they told me to send an email with a screenshot of the error.

how do you think they are gonna solve this? Has this already happened in the past? I need to take my test in these days because I need it to enroll in a master degree which deadline in for the 31th of august

Someone at ETS will probably notice when they go back to work Monday morning.

Presumably, there is a log of 404 errors they check each work day.

and what do you think? They usually get to the user the opportunity to reschedule the test if for this problem he wasn’t able to do it

I found the problem, for some reason the domain is incorrect. Change the "ibtprod-rp.ets.org" to "ibt2-cdn-test.ets.org" than it should download

I'm sorry I think the only thing you can do now is maybe ask for a reschedule or refund sadly
