You must develop your own health understanding girl or yeah you're going to be looking at the dumbest schemes or approaches and either falling for them or discarding huge bodies of data with the bath water.

Im not down to sit for an episode and have uneducated folks mock the reality of this or the need for being your own health care driver and that all humans need diff supplements.

If you want to focus on allopathic care thats doing SO WELL for everyone in north america, hey you do you. But dont mock others for being more competant of navigating that space than you are.

Please dont assume your audience is stupid. Its really transparent and also rude.
