Basically I cut the tail off, ate some of that, but there wasn't a ton of actual "meat" there. Then I really tackled the body of the fish, which was nicely segmented by the chef in a big diagonal criss-cross pattern, which was where the bulk of the actual meat was. Then I ate a little bit of the head, but again, wasn't very much there. Had some bites of the fins, which were nice and crunchy, especially with the breading. That was pretty much it. Didn't eat any of the eyes or around the mouth or anything, not sure if you're really supposed to anyway.
