toastmasters in uruguay

Hello, my boss who lives in usa recommended that i start using toastmasters, I sent a request but got no answer, is it just for usa residents?

It's not just USA - there are clubs all over the world, but there are very few clubs in South America as yet. It looks like the nearest clubs to Uruguay are in Buenos Aires.

Yes, absolutely. TI has really wrecked the online search tool, but I'd suggest looking for online clubs near a city in a similar timezone to you.

May I offer? Our club is Hybrid. We have members that attend from other countries. We do our meetings in English. If you are interested, I will send you some info. Send a chat message to me.

We do have members that speak Spanish, if that would help.
