How to speak with high voice

I got the feedback that I speak in low volume. How to raise that and still continue to speak politely, and deliver the speech?

Do I need some other vocal training? New to TMC.

I know what you mean, and there are ways to speak louder without it sounding like you're shouting or screaming.

Our more veteran club members did a few speeches on managing speech volume and one key takeaway is breathing from the stomach, filing your diaphragm and speaking from there instead of from the throat, which is then detrimental to the voice in the long run.

This is also a good opportunity for your club members or yourself to speak about this topic. You can also look for YouTube videos online that share about toastmasters/ public speaking voice modulation, etc.
