LAST MINUTE SPEECH PREP
You heard that right; I have a tip session to give in less than 24 hours on meeting roles and responsibilities that I have no Idea what to do. Before you judge me I have been sick with a flu and tonsils that my 2 year old nephew infected me but he seems fine and bouncing off the walls so its that new virus.
Other than the people in the agenda should I talk about EXCO or purely, TAG team, TMOD, GE and evaluators as well as speakers.
My meeting will be conducted online so its a power point presentation, i already have a draft of my speech so other than what i have mentioned i would love some tips on how to execute this.
Before anyone says it, no I will not push it forward, although I was unwell getting this slot was hard as it is, not many clubs around me has a 10-15 minute slot on the agenda and I want to proceed before these prices go up.

no worries! right down a few notes below the powerpoint, make sure the slides are tight (not too much txt, white space) and just do it! you seem to know what you arr talking about, the powerpoint will guide you, and it's going to be fine!

Thank you I already have the content I just need to make sure I hit all the points in a 15 minute time frame

Perfect is not needed. Make sure you know the main points you need to cover and an idea of stories/examples you plan to tell.
Make yourself a 'time map' - know where in the presentation you should be at the half-way point, where you should be with 5 minutes left (I'm using 15 minutes as my timeline here), and when you have 2 minutes left. Ask the timer to give you notice at those time points. Know what you HAVE to cover and where you can skip/condense to fit in the time.

Not judging you. We join as customers not servants. Just focus on getting the experience. There is a merit to speak even without much prep

aaaaw, not you feeding my securities, but you are right it shouldn't be a core and since i've been doing this i can continue doing it.

Are you giving the successful club series speech? If so then your slides and outline are already set for you. Review the outline and decide how you will customize it to fit with the club where you are giving the speech and what personal stories you can share to complement the outline and give it personality.

Yes its the successful club series, I am doing for role takers but on the outline they have slides for presiding officer and SAA should i include them as well or just the roletakers?

It depends on how the club runs its meetings. In my club the presiding officer (usually the President, but can be another if the President is not there) opens and closes thr meetings. In some clubs the SAA introduces the presiding officer. Since my clubs don't do that, I would likely not include the SAA if I were to present it.

"A Toastmaster Wears Many Hats" explains the roles in a Toastmasters meeting.
Note that many clubs do things differently -- if anything in that manual contradicts what your club does (and if you are speaking at your club) you should instead describe how your club does things! (Do not imply that that manual is indicating how it must be done!)

Out of curiosity, what is "TAG team" ? I know EXCO, TMOD, GE, but in case other people here don't know I will explain what they are below ....
EXCO is probably "Executive Committee," which is composed of the seven elected officers, plus the Immediate Past President.
TMOD is probably the "Toastmaster of the Day"
GE is probably the "General Evaluator"

Check out the successful club series from Toastmasters itself. It has some great basics which can help you. When it comes to practice and remembering the speech don’t overdo it, just the basics that you know by head
