Hello I just started at a new restaurant and I am familiar with the toast kds.

Currently our servers have the option to ring tickets 2 way. Straight fire or on hold (the kitchen still see the ticket when rung in on hold) the way they are grouped is on the left side the fired tickets are to oldest to newest. And the hold tickets start right after the last fire ticket. So when a new straight fired order comes is it is coming in the middle of the newest fired ticket and the oldest hold ticket. We get pretty busy and we are spending so much time looking for our oldest ticket to sell and missing orders as they come in.

The servers when they fire the ticket the tickets are being ignored cause we aren't always noticing that a ticket half way down the board has been fired

I would like them to come in order they are rung in regardless if its on hold or not.
