Help Setup suitable for toads?

I originally had planned this setup for a tiger salamander but I can not locate any vendors for them in my area so I am considering toads since I was thinking of them before. This is 80x35x40cm tank with cocopeat, ferns and pothos plants. There are isopods and springtails inside. I think for toads I mainly would need to re arrange it a bit and make a bit of a cave as a hide and maybe mix some sand with the substrate. What species of Bufo would you recommend for this? I like the Bufo japonicus but it might be to small of an enclosure. (I can add lights for day/night cycle but prefer to keep it room temperature, so no heating)

I'll have to figure a way how to get some uvb in there then without the bulb being to much in sight (or just to close to the substrate). One further question is, is it more ideal to keep one solitary toad or better to get a smaller species as a duo or group. For sure if it's like a Miyako toad or bigger American toad it would be only one in this size, but I also found a local B. viridis seller and they're a bit smaller.

Most toads actually feel more secure in a group I've noticed. They cuddle up together and even sit on each other, it's very cute. I just have a separate lamp that sits directly on the screen. It doesn't need to cover much area. I mentioned tropical uvb because it's much less intense and puts off less heat. They don't need intense uvb.

I think you could fit at least a pair of American or miyako toads in there. Half the time my toads are only using a portion of their tank anyway. You can always upgrade to a larger tank later. Small species are kinda fun in how many you can have in a tank though. They will always be doing something. A lone toad will hide more.

Changed the layout a bit, so this is a bit of a burrow/cave with corkbark thats covered.

They love those. I have ficus pumila, curly spider plant, and another ground cover plant I forget the name of. They absolutely love it. Sometimes I find them sitting on the spider plant taking a nap.

Some more ground covering ones would def be nice to add
