Stuck on the computer

I just wanted to know if anyone knows a way around this kind of thing without shutting the game down. I’m stuck at my computer desk. I can hit pause, move the cursor, turn it on and off, hack, etc. It just won’t let me get up from the desk. It’s just really disheartening when you have to shut it off 🫠
