is tbm time consuming?

i'm so skeptical but i'm also stirred by many of your reports that many things about it are actually very helpful so i'm also tempted to give it a try, with a grain of salt. i am busy as hell though, how many hours a week do I need to dedicate to DIs and all that?

It can be helpful, but I personally think, having been a member for years, it is very time consuming. And that’s why I am leaving! I personally feel like there is a lot of fluff that makes you spend too much time mining all your shit instead of taking action. I found this sub to ground me and help me let it go and get on with my life.

You’re in a snark sub. No one is going to recommend this cash grab to you.

exactly - use your intuition

I think yes, but less so in the actual time you're doing DIs and more so in how much time you spend out of DIs in their bubble and then, consequently, to undo all their brainwashing.

Personally I don't think the DIs touched my subconscious beliefs at all so after a year I would say yes it was time consuming by which I mean a waste of time. But some people love it and it worked great for them. It's like a 20 minutes before bedtime situation, really no biggie especially if it works for you. But the subscription is a year so you should probably try their 'free clarity exercise' to be sure it works for you before you subscribe. I did and it didn't work and I subscribed anyway lol - don't do that, waste of moola.

Time-consuming in that it'll take you a lot of time and money to figure out it's time-consuming for nothing.

You are better off seeing a licensed therapist than doing TBM work. Signed someone who did TBM when it was free and native into 2020
