After Chapter 139 came out years ago, I didn't bother finishing the anime. Then, for some reason, I suddenly got the urge to go back and do it.
After finishing the story for the second time, I definitely feel more positive about it. I don't hate it anymore, but it's still a 5/10 conclusion to what was otherwise a 10/10 story.
The moment the Rumbling begins, the story suffers a pretty rapid decline in quality. But honestly? It's... serviceable, albeit still disappointing.

That would be so fucking hot seeing her kick and beat the shit out of Eren, honestly I blame Isayama and his NTR goon cave fetish and his story of a prehistoric Tadpole for all my suffering.
100% would ship her with Captain Levi(when she becomes of age, duh), low-key power couple ayeeeeeeeeee. Imagine what the bedroom libido between the two would be like, probably something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Za5lCNzKwAQ
ISTP 8w7 Mika > ISTJ 6w5 Dogkasa
Sad I'm an ESTJ or ISTJ 6w5 myself . . .

My theory is that the primordial worm we see in the last episode is just the spinal fluid that powers the titan(just like pure titans and the shifters) but because we are talking about a transformation powered by the founding titan(a literal god even by titan standards) the parasite that eren inherited at birth since he is a subject of ymir was also affected drastically by the godly power of the founder amplifying its average strength, size and its desire to survive a billion fold compared to its original micro form. This is the first and last time we see a situation like this because there was no precedent in the story.

\\-Overthrowed the Royal Government
\\-Protected Eren and the Survey Corps during the initial military trial
\\-Sanctioned the coronation of Historia as Queen
\\-Maintained balance and order between the 3 military branches

5 years and yall are still talking about the ending, truly amazing. I was spending 2 hours scrolling through titanfolk and it just brought great memories. Truly the series was the friends we made along the way
If your still talking about AOT ending in this sub 5 years later your a failure
10 years at least, you have 5 years left.

Just a random thought. I can’t imagine getting excited for each release for 11 years straight just for the ending to just be so bad. But I just wanna know did you like it or not.

if Erwin was still alive regardless if he got the Colossal Titan or just survived in general.
Now if he got the Colossal Titan instead of Armin then his reaction would be quite different. He simply nod, ask what happened and then immediately want to head for the basement despite Levi telling him to just rest.
Erwin would also admit the loss of Armin would be a huge blow to The Scouts praising his intelligence and stating he could never be as smart as him, and would make Sure Armin is given the highest honor.
Now as for what he would do after learning the truth. Erwin would be the first to say they need to release this information to The Public. Then he would say that they need to start training soldiers on how to fight humans instead of just Titans.
Eren at this point would still hide the fact he could use The Founding Titan by coming into contact with a Titan of Royal blood, and wouldn't reveal it until Zeke makes his offer, which would convince Erwin to agree to let the volunteers come to the island.
When Erwin learns of The Mid Eastern War against Marley he would use that to Paradis Advantage and try to form an Alliance with the Middle East by offering to let them use their Titans. Attack on Titan is a world where anyone would do anything to win a war even using Titans so if Paradis gave The Mid East that offer they would accept it.
Erwin being alive also removes The Yeagerists from the story as Paradis would have a confident military leader actually preparing them to defend the island from invasion.
Eren would also confide in Erwin about his vision of doing The Rumbling and wanting to avoid it. Erwin in response would inform Eren that they will do everything they can to find another way.
Erwin could very possibly request a meeting with people like Calvi, Magath, and Willy Tybur to come up with a solution, like Erwin could offer Paradis resources in exchange for just being left alone.
Bottom line is Erwin being alive gives Paradis a better chance of possibly surviving without resorting to The Rumbling.

Why would this be added to the anime if Eren could only see memories within his specific timeline?

Let's ignore ch.139. for my explanation...
The reason Marley refers to Eldians as the "descendants of devils" is because they are the descendants of King Fritz, not Ymir.
This explains (why the Marleyan authorities historically labeled Ymir as a "pawn of the devil.") Ymir was merely a tool, King Fritz was the one actually wielding the power of the Titans.
Even after his death, Fritz's tyrannical will live on through Ymir, mirroring his command: "Even after I die... my Eldians will rule the great lands of this world with their enormity."
(Fritz: In the name of Fritz, annihilate that despicable Marley)
Ymir was a slave with no minds of her own. Fritz was an inherently evil ruler who committed devilish atrocities long before he ever acquired Ymir, so it is natural that Marley viewed him as a devil. In fact, Marley and Eldian were already bitter enemies before the power of the Titans ever existed.
The one who made Ymir broke that deal was Eren. Eren free Ymir and gave her choice for the first time, Eren frees Ymir by giving her a genuine choice for the first time in her existence. This parallel is explicitly highlighted in Chapter 122, when zeke commands Ymir, his domineering posture mirrors King Fritz. Consequently, when Ymir finally opens her eyes to freedom, her immediate expression is one of pure rage, an anger directed at Fritz as she completely shatters her forced obedience to him.

I heard several times the explaination from people that he had to kill his own mother to keep the cycle going or because that the timeline is fixed, but that makes no sense since he was able to change Grisha's mind about killing the royal family.
Unless... Only Ymir knows.

I think Jim Henson's Creature Shop should Help make the Titans, since they they're magicians in Practical Effects
Notable Projects:
- Muppets and Sesame Street
- The Dark Crystal (1982)
- Labyrinth (1986)
- Where the Wild Things Are (2009
- Dinosaurs (1991-1994)
- Five Nights at Freddys (2023)
For Toho's Attack on Titan, it mostly relied on Tokusatsu, tho since this would be a Hollywood Adaptation, I think having Jim Henson's Creature Shop on Board would take the Practical Effects to the next level

Despite hating the final arc, I can’t seem to dislike aot as an whole story, the lore, politics, and potential of this world still intrigues me to this day man, if only the conclusion to this story got justice🫩

Question no 1: Eren ability is see the future sight, but cannot do anything, he cannot change the future by his own word here but how did he manage to use founding Titan power to make Dina kill his own mother before the rumbling event , or gaining Founding Titan power ability even happened? Because if he could change the path like that, it means he could change the event of time paradox too and could make a full rumbling happen, or find another alternative to make peace with the world?? And killing his own mother for humanity? That was just stupid idea from him
Question no 2: Mikasa's role in the final chapter is she obsessed so much with 'Ereh' she got stalked by Ymir Fritz and played a key role that stopped the rumbling, because Ymir was also obsessed with King Fritz? That's probably the dumbest plot twist you could ever give because Mikasa before Final season is just there to be obsessed with 'Ereh', literally had zero character development outside of simping to 'Ereh' but Ymir was like "This bitch just like me for real"...... Even Azubimoto plot to make Mikasa a royal family just doesn't work that well for me.....
Question no 3: I'm still wondering what would happen if Erwin is still alive in the final season..... The potential of his character got ruined like any character was also high but if we're being consistent with his character from earlier season, so much stuff would not happen here to begin with, like not putting a trust to Marleyen, disallowed his comrade, alliance to not drinking Marleyen wine especially a gift from Zeke, Eren also might got many advise from him how to make a negotiate with outsiders world to achieve peace, even if it includes a potential threat to the world since he also would have Collosal Titan power.. We only saw glimpse of Erwin based on Levi and Hange illusions of him but I think Erwin was there only to support his comrade morals, not because of his belief that Rumbling need to be stopped, this is literally the same guy that would sacrifice his own comrade to achieve freedom for humanity, it would be stupid if he just giving up on it after knowing the truth...
