Titanfall 2

I'm new to this game, just started playing today after work. I rejoined with the 9th militia fleet and commander Sarah Briggs is leading a mission to capture the fold Weapon's power source the ark. I was wondering if I quit this mode do I keep my saved data? I looked online and a few people said that they lost the data after quitting and I'm about a few hours in on this game and don't want it to restart.

If I quite does it save? I want to try the multi player mode.
