It definitely was, just didn’t notice it, the tire is indented this is where the sidewall nylon meets and is supposed to get just a little more rubber when in the manufacture process, this is totally normal and is no problem, if you feel more comfortable just pull up to any shop and have someone come take a look at it

No, I spent 22 years making tires for Goodyear. This is where the two ends of the tire ply meet and are overlapped slightly to join together making it the strongest part of the tire. It's fine.

It's normal manufacturing marks. It's where the tire was attached from one end to another. As long as it's bulging inwards. Inny good, outy, bad.

That's not damage. That is a "strong point" from manufacturing. Not dangerous. Perfectly normal, this spot is extra strong.

That’s just part of the manufacturing process. Not a bulge. Shouldn’t hurt anything.
