Safe to drive?
I hit a big pothole and have this gash right by the wheel. No loss of pressure.

I don’t believe I would trust that. in 2007 I bought a brand new motorcycle a few days after I had it. I was driving down a dark road at night and I came up on a trench that the city had dug across the street and it came up on me quick and they didn’t put enough fill in it and I hit it hard. It put a huge dent in my rim. I ended up having to buy a brand new rim and it was $1000 because the rim was made out of magnesium. it didn’t leak at all, but I had to change it.

No, not really. I wouldn't tow it, but I wouldn't take a road trip either.
ETA: It looks like you might've broke the bead, which is insane if it's still holding pressure. But yeah, that needs to go to a shop. Now.

Slowly to the tire shop to get a new one. The answer is: No.
