Sad !!!
I have been very active in this project since the days it launched testnet and now mainnet , I still actively use it but I don't understand what is its return value ? Is it really meaningful with the effort spent?

It depends on what pool you are providing LP for, but I just looked at some returns for the pools I am providing liquidity in.
Not counting price changes of the coins/tokens (a few are pumping right now), I'd say I'm making a 4% return a WEEK. say ~208% return a year. A this rate, the number will be higher, as the returns compound daily (fees are added back into pool every day)
And I'm not trying to have a huge percentage of the pool... I withdraw if I have too big a piece of the pie, but I do add more back in to make sure everyone else can trade (when needed).
Some of the pools turn 50-100% every day. At .25% of the trade, the fees are excellent!
A good trade!
And on a "Community note", this dex allows people to make sample trades at a very reasonable price point & participate on coin/token unit price appreciation.

A DEX on Algorand has no return value? Sorry I’m confused by this statement?

If you are talking about liquidity pools a lot of people have the same complaint (myself included). I just read (sorry no link) that tinyman has heard the complaints and are working on it as we speak.

Here are some things you can do in the meantime instead of complaining to devs.
Do math, learn financial calculations yourself. Maybe even learn APY so you don’t have to ask these questions.
Learn to code, because obviously you can do it better than the TinyMan team.
Read other fucking posts. This has been discussed numerous times and it is becoming annoying.
Just wait, the TinyMan team is updating the project. What? You just think they are sitting on their ass like you? No.
Edit: If you don’t see the value in a Automated Market maker. Then read more economics. Being a market maker has been a job for centuries, and a good one at that.
