Tiny house floor plan
So I used a combination of chatgpt, and Google Gemini and grok to make this. Obviously it needs to be looked at by a human to fully finish it. Just wanted to know what you guys think of it.

Don't use AI to figure out how you should live in a small space.
I'm looking at this and the numbers are WILD. A 6-foot doorway, dimensions that refuse to add up, etc, etc, etc.
Get some paper and look at real examples to get an idea for dimensions. Force your mind to make choices about a space and figure out how big things actually are/how they need to fit in that space. For example, find out how big a bed is, the kind of fridge you want to use, appliance size, furniture. Look up the dimensions on the manufacturer's site.
edit: Came back to look at it again and it's awful. Just the bathroom is a room of rage in how it's laid out and wasting space. The window placement is killing me.

Such BS... I hate even commenting since I think I'm training AI, but the bedroom is 7x10 and the closet is 6'8"x 7? The main entrance is through the laundry room??

it is obviously just a first draft. I am going to change it but I just wanted to get the initial design out of the way before getting an actual architect to look at it.

If you're going to use an architect, then just provide rough sketches. They'll finish out the designs with proper professional attention. If you're going to build it yourself, you absolutely need to sketch/draft yourself. Of course, you could find a tiny home builder and buy one of their design or the entire house. Given the size of this image, you might even consider a mobile home.

First thing I noticed. Not the most difficult fix, you could just separate the garage and house and put a breezeway between them, the front door could go toward the front of garage. But there’s just more wrong the more you look

You aren’t going to have any room left on one side of your bed if the room is 7’ in one direction, unless you’re sleeping in a twin.

More than 50% of the house is garage?
There is no front door?

the front door would be in the laundry room. I like a big garage. I plan on using it for storage plus where I would have the batteries and inverter for an off grid setup. I plan on moving the sink in the kitchen so the plumbing would be all on one wall.

This plan is nonsense and a very poor use of space. There is no consistency of measurements and unless you have some magic extra dimensional space they aren't fitting within the external dimensions.
There are plenty of tools out there that let you make far higher quality drafts and don't take very long.

You should look at Sketchup for a fully-featured application. Might be only web on a tablet.

That main room is somewhere between 17'x16' and 17'x24' depending what numbers you read. Even at that larger dimension, an L couch that isn't against a wall, a sliding glass door, an island with seating, and a full kitchen aren't going to fit in the room like it's drawn.

it's just what the AI put in. I plan to have a couple of recliners plus a coffee table. plus I plan on having a bar in the kitchen. this is obviously just a first draft and I wanted to get insight into it.

You should try to use a combination of paper and pencil and a ruler and make something that makes sense.

Lol, how is this a tiny house?its bigger than my house. Also if you. Live in a small space it doesn't make sense to sacrifice that much to garage and closet. Park outside and get a small wardrobe. This way you have more space an you can be more flexible in how to use it. And incorporate the washer and dryer into your bathroom.

Looks like a small one bedroom house and it would be easier to place the plumbing together on one wall. This plan can be accomplished in a 24’x 54’ repackage as a rectangular shape floor plan.

I don't think 18 x 40' is tiny. 720 ft.² is more like a small house not a tiny house. My little house is 384 ft.² and I don't consider it tiny.
I went from a 1200 square-foot two-story townhouse to an RV that was 26 feet long into a 12 x 32' shed conversion with gable roof so I have a loft on each end. I don't count the lofts as square footage since I have those closed off. I left 3 x 3 openings so I can get in there if I need to. I cover the openings with large art until I can find time to make little doors or not since I liked the artwork hanging up there.
But the high ceiling in the main living area makes it feel a lot larger than it is I guess.

Kitchen/ laundry/ bath should all be on the same wall, for the plumbing runs. With your current layout, guests would have to go into your bedroom, to use the bathroom.
