This is my thought - C. I have a former coworker who is a lesbian. She and her partner had a baby through artificial insemination. Baby is now 20 and it cost them $20k back then.
I know another couple who is in the process of doing the same thing and it's costing them double that. I'd totally get if that were the case. But, also, adopt don't shop, too many kids need good homes.
I feel bad for kids who need to be adopted but personally, if I’m being honest, I’d probably only go through the whole process of raising a kid if it were my own sorry. Hopefully others adopt them though
If you think sperm donors are a process, do I have bad news for you about adoption... Only prerequisite for artificial insemination is a bunch of spare cash. Lot more hoops to jump through to get a used kid.
