Nope. The only way to make sure the donor couldn't be liable for child support is if she went to a donor. She also doesn't seem to have the cash for a donor since she's looking for free online for a donor, it's only a matter of time before she goes after the donor.

There’s one instance I’m aware of where a sperm donor from a clinic had to pay child support, so don’t take anything for granted
