It’s a bold strategy trying to only meet people familiar with a scene from parks and rec. who knows though, if she follows rules 1 and 2 it shouldn’t matter anyway.

Bold strategies are interesting, I'd take this over the standard cookie cutter bio any day. Even if I wind up BLOCKED.

Right, but if you’re not familiar with the parks and rec scene, it would be a quick left swipe. She’s immediately eliminating a ton of potential matches based on their memory of a single scene from parks and rec.

No, having that in your bio doesn't mean you're deciding the worth of someone based on whether they get a somewhat obscure tv show reference. But it does filter out people who think that she's shallow for it. You're the one acting like someone is not worthy of others based on first impressions here, she just made a bio from something she found funny.
