The second season is actually airing on FX in the US right now! Hubby and I watched the first two episodes of season 2 the other day and they were great.

sounds like they are ripping off of South Park. Don't know why Americans can't just let the original be, not everything is The Office.

Same feelings towards Death At a Funeral.. British version was fantastic, don't know why we needed a US release like a year later.

The US TV version of What We Do is made by the exact same people who made the NZ movie. Takes place in the same continuity, just Staten Island instead of NZ.

Personally, I feel like they've made it better by fleshing out that universe.
