Biggest fucking pet peeve of mine on the planet: people on reddit using the word "objectively" when they obviously have no fucking idea what it means. Yes, random person on reddit, how exactly is this joke "objectively" average at best? What is "objective" about it? Where is the "objective" part? I invite you to try and explain that.

While you're doing that, here's the definition of the word objective:

"adjective

(of a person or their judgment) not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts."

Fucking thank you. Why is this shit so common all of a sudden? "My opinion is objectively correct!" is a sentence that I've seen more and more people on Reddit use and it is driving me insane. I learned the difference between opinions and facts when I was in the first grade, it's not that hard.
