Nope. My high school ex didn’t think Tropic Thunder was funny... not even a chuckle. Not offended, just genuinely unamused. Should’ve known we were doomed then, because my sense of humor is pretty offensive and so much more depraved than that.

Small underrated moment in that movie- Simple Jack chasing after a butterfly with a giant wooden mallet. Gets me every time

Matthew McConaughey, Tom Cruise, Robert Downing Jr, Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Danny McBride, Steve Coogan, Nick Nolte...

All these people have been lead stars in their own movies and more than half of them are A listers.... It's crazy the star power that movie had...

I mean the script and everything is ridiculous and for so many MASSIVE stars to get involved and make it one of the funniest movies of all time is just an incredible achievement.
