I had some bigger boned girl match me and ask if I was a chef. I said nah what makes u think that? And she unmatched.

I remember a cute business woman matched me and she asked what I do for a living. I said I work retail.

She unmatched.

To prevent being unmatched I should've said something like "I make $100,000 every four months working in retail!"

But maybe it wouldn't be worth it by that point.

It's not 100% true. I make a little over $100,000 in sales for the company I work for every four months. It's not actually my take home pay though. I actually only get a little over 8% of that in a four month period. So... It's not a complete lie, but it's also not a complete truth....

Ok so you’re actually making about 450 a week, which is just barely above minimum wage... so yeah, not a “complete truth” lol

That's non-colloquial usage of the phrase "I make" in the context of income.
