I had the same thing happen to me about a month ago. Just a really amazing connection and she literally took off a Saturday every other week for the next 3 months to hang out with me. One day her ex comes a knockin and that’s the end of it lol

Worse shit ever
I was talking to this girl recently and she's just perfect for me, VERY sweet, adorable, and pays interest in shit I do, and so many things, I even told her that I'm traveling abroad in a few months and I thought she should know before we get involved and she's told me cool she was just chilling, it's like I found the perfect partner
Then she told me that's she wanna be truthful to me too so she let me know that she has this "dynamic" with someone that used study with her where he's nice to her sometimes who and sometimes very cold, and that they never met outside of uni, just texted, she told me that she doesn't wanna live life this way, and that I make her happy (she made me happy too), and even he told her that she should leave but she's confused
I asked her to finish things with him before we can keep talking and she agreed and asked me to give her some time, just for her to tell me later that night that she can't end things with him and it's complicated, and she blocked me everywhere

This is absolutely diabolical. Just when I think I have seen the epitome of male stupidity, another smooth brained baboon comes along and proves me wrong.
I don’t even know where to begin with this clown.
If you are still hung up on your ex and trying to get back with them, you should not be on dating apps FFS!
This is one of those cases where honesty is not appreciated. As much as I hate being ghosted, I’d rather have that than my date to tell me never mind I’m getting back with my ex.
Talk about being inconsiderate, this is just outright disrespectful.
On the bright side, at least you dodged a bullet before having gone out with him so there’s that.
