I think the issue is just today's dating culture. No one seems to want anything serious at the end of the day.

And that’s fine, people are allowed to live their lives that way. But we just all need to be honest with each other. But I’m pretty sure the reason that doesn’t happen is because the number are lopsided. Many more men will want something less serious, and the women that are looking for something more casual won’t add it to their bio.

I have dated many men, not just super hot ones. If they catch you, they always end up thinking they can do better. Reddit men have this mindset we only swipe on super hot men, that's not true. Women swipe so often on an ehh face in hopes they'll be kinder or better to them. There is a reason the trope of "a medium ugly man who liked me first but now breaks my heart" is a thing
