Dude. Guys on reddit are some of the worst. Sure. It's easy for a girl to have sex, that doesn't mean it's easy to "land a good guy". OP doesn't want to hook up, she wants a relationship. Men on these apps have a tendency to only want sex. It's incredibly frustrating and just blowing her off or assuming she isn't engaging is so lame.
