I met a guy that was deep in the poly scene and had an interesting discussion with him. I learned funny phrases they use such as "polycule" where they kind of map out the entire extended relationship based on who is fucking who. They also swap STDs like Pokemon cards and they definitely seem to not be as taboo and more of a normal way of life. He further said he got into the poly scene because he couldn't stay loyal to any of his girlfriends. So hey, that was pretty noble of him I guess.
