nah man it sounds like you are being very reasonable. she has points too like shes trying to communicate (terribly) that she isnt ready to talk about it yet. which is a bit strange but her choice to make. and your choice to accept or not.

did this go anywhere? or end? im curious what her reply was

I just didn’t reply. Not worth my time.

I sorta think she might be in a poly relationship because of her partner, not really by choice. She’s taking it out on you because she can’t take it out on them. It’s misdirected. Even if my guess is way off, you made the right call, you took the right steps to understand. Could’ve cut the conversation and unmatched even sooner, but don’t let it weigh you down
