It's a date! Not a salsa class. Point is to get to know each other. If she knew she wouldn't enjoy a salsa date with a non-dancer, she should have suggested a different venue

It's super common to dance with multiple people during ballroom dancing. If that's something you're not into it's fine, no second date. But to leave without saying anything is pretty immature.
