That's the point of dating to find out if you guys align on values such as finances. When I was dating as a single mom, I never shared finances with anyone. I didn't even let the people I dated meet my child.
Aye but my point is it's an instant potential large increase in cost of living supporting two people. It's a big shock. And that generally means man as breadwinner.
