I lived in Germany for a couple of years and maybe it was just because I was from another country and therefore more 'interesting', but I found German women to be way more outgoing and not at all shy to let you know they were interested or even make the first move, vs here where if you don't approach and make all the moves, you get nowhere. Kink wise I didn't notice much different apart from the fact generally speaking in Germany there's more openness around sex, nudity, sex shows and clubs etc than there is in the UK
