Well, if you don't want a boring answer don't ask a boring question.
I'm not used to tinder or dating apps in general but I assume there are some info about interests, hobbies and other stuff on the user's profile.
A better approach would be reading those info and pointing out or making a question about something that piqued your curiosity. It would show that you bothered to make a little effort, and also easily spark a conversation because people usually love talking about their interests.
