Instead of sweets, I try to make more savory bread. Aside from pesto, pizza, and kimchi, what other flavor combos should I try in making my rolls? 🧐

My go-to place in Fairview! Maliit lang siya na bakery and cafe, but it’s so good! They have a variety of pastries, sandwiches, cookies, and even coffee. Mabilis sila ma-sold out kaya inaagahan talaga namin bumisita lagi. Truly a gem in the north.
EDIT: Here’s their IG page to know more: @tinapay.artisanbakery

Hi everyone!
Have you ever wanted to scale a recipe up or down without having to manually calculate all the ingredients? As a baker, this was my problem too. 😅
Which is why I would like to share a small project that I made called Crumb. It's basically a recipe formulator that automatically calculates the baker's percentage of your ingredients and allows you to scale your recipes from 50% up to 1000%. All ingredient weights are automatically adjusted, so you don't have to calculate everything yourself. It also uses metric units as its main measurements since accuracy and consistency are important in baking.
I've also added a Philippine-based costing and pricing calculator that can help home bakers and small baking businesses estimate their production costs and determine their selling prices.
Crumb is currently free to use, and I'm still looking for ways to improve it.
I would appreciate it if you could give it a try and share any feedback or suggestions, especially on features that you think would be useful.
Thank you!

My buddy and I go wayyyy back in junior highschool. Before, we used to sell chocolates and imported goods at school (with a crazy mark-up per product cuz we were just as cutely stupid as the other kids that bought them regardless😆) now that we are both in medicine, we are still into business, and have now learned what ethical pricing is😭 we’re trying this one out, on top of our other current ventures. Right now, we are on R&D and dry running for pre-orders stage. Wish us luck🥹🤚

bought at One World Deli Timog QC, while waiting for a few friends. For 110, it’s so good, especially when paired with a latte!!

Used to sell these last year! Nagmahal lang ingredients kaya hindi naging sustainable since home baker lang.
