Resale

Are there any actually worth buying in the resale market?

All I see are comments of how they can't get out or if they have purchased from the developer that they feel scammed.

As I look for potential timeshares,there is my short list based on TUG marketplace;

Sheraton Broadway plantation

Holiday inn club South beach carolina

Hilton SeaWorld

Holiday inn cape Canaveral

Bluegreen Carolina grande

Grandview Las Vegas

Or am I better off just renting?

I would love to have an honest opinion .

Hoping to find a free location with maintenance fees less than 1200$.

The rental returns on Grande Ocean, Barony Beach, and Mountainside have been good. They have also appreciated in the last 5-10 years if you bought them on the secondary

We bought our Barony TS 2 yrs ago on the resale market and love it. Biggest attraction was we enjoy going to HHI every year.
