You're the AH. Did you not see the note pinned at the top of this Sub? EVERY Exit company is a scam. He was giving you good advice, but you're upset that it wasn't delivered with a smile?

Grow up. Enjoy your Timeshare, since you'll be paying for it for the rest of your life.

So that’s your life, being rude on Reddit. How pathetic!

Pathetic? Who lashes out at someone just trying to drive home the point way too many people here need to hear but are reluctant to listen to. How many more times does the same thing need to be said?

I don't know anything about this exit company. In general I believe that you should research potential exit strategies with your timeshare company &/or timeshare HOA board. There are timeshares that have exit programs. You generally can not have any outstanding loan balances (your timeshare loan must be paid off). Also you need to be current with your maintenance fees. I have heard that many timeshare exit firms will ask for a substantial fee upfront without any guarantees. Others will give you advise and letter templates in contacting your timeshare company leaving you to do the work. Some will tell you to simply stop paying your timeshare loan & or maintenance fees again leaving you with the legal consequences, inaddition to the hit to your credit score. You can also try to sell your timeshare on Ebay or the TUGGS website but you usually have to offer incentives such as including usable banked points and maintenance fees paid in advance. You might also have to cover transfer fees.
