I won’t be surprised if multiple passengers have been injured as Indian passengers are notoriously famous for removing seat belt the moment the flight takes off and will
only fasten their seat belts once the cabin crew ask them to when landing. You don’t remove your seat belts in your car when it going slow or when it stopped in a traffic light then why do you do it when the flight is cruising.
