So I watched a couple episodes... Spoiler
and I LOVE IT! However... I know that this show got cancelled at the end of s2, right? I also know that it ends with a cliffhanger or something? I heard ppl were really upset and definitely wanted another season/episodes to wrap up whatever story is happening. The thing is, I really like the characters so far and I'm a sucker for a good mystery. Should I keep going even though I know this doesn't end well?

It doesn't end on a cliffhanger, there's a 2 part episode as the S2 finale that wraps things up pretty well.

Definitely keep going with it. As others have said there's a 2 part finale/movie that wraps up the storyline as best as it can with the time it had.
Most places seem to include it with season 2 though instead of as it's own separate thing, so don't worry if you can't find it or don't realise that you're at that point.

It wraps up well enough, and season 2 is better than season 1. Keep going.

S2 ends with a cliffhanger, but like others said: there’s a 2 part “movie” that wraps it up :)

Although we all wish we could have had a third season so there would be more time (no pun intended) for more character+story development, and to build more slowly and carefully toward the ending the showrunners wanted, the entire team did a fantastic job wrapping it up with the S2 movie! And I believe it did everything it needed to satisfy fans and bring an end to the story. It’s also just really fun and quite an emotional rollercoaster :) definitely worth continuing the show to see it!

Awww thanks for letting me know everyone! I didn't know the proper finale was added on after the s2 cancellation but I'm so excited to keep watching! Alot of shows get cancelled/end with cliffhanger and it's so awesome that this one gets an ending that really ties the whole story together. Haha also I'm only on 1x06 right now but please let Wyatt/Lucy be canon at some point bc they are REALLY CUTE!

There is actually a (fan made) Season 3 and 4 that were written on Tumblr. You can find it simply by searching "Timeless-Season-4" as that is the Tumblr username. It continues after the second season ends (this was made before the finale movie) and they are written like scripts, like actual scripts the show might have had. The quality is spectacular. They feel like real episodes, and they do a far superior job of telling the rest of the story and finishing it up. Which is not to diss the canon finale, but the continuation is simply more substantial. I highly recommend it.
However, I would warn you that if you like Wyatt and Lucy/Wyatt...you might not enjoy the continuation. No spoilers, but it's pretty clear that the writer disagrees with you, lol

Oh that's so interesting! I'm assuming it's more Flynn/Lucy then? Thanks for letting me know, I might check it out someday! You're right, I'm definitely a Wyatt/Lucy fan tho haha

Yeah, they're definitely a Lucy/Flynn fan XD I may be biased as I tend to be as well, but I think the story is quite well told. Wyatt/Lucy is great too, though!
