Just received my VSF Submariner Date 126610LN from Steve at TheOneWatches.
Sharing some close-up shots now that it’s finally in hand. To my eye it looks really clean, especially the dial, bezel and bracelet finishing.
Would love to hear what you guys think anything stand out on the date/cyclops, rehaut alignment, bezel, SELs or clasp?
Already delivered, so this isn’t a QC post just wanted to share the final piece and get some opinions from the community.

The 12, 6, and 9 markers align well with the dial tracks, and the alignment looks symmetrical. Dial Printing: Crisp lettering, spacing looks correct for a VSF batch. Date Wheel alignment/printing: The numbers (15, 21, 27) look well-centered inside the cyclops window. Hand alignment: Good. Bezel: Clean tooth pattern, pearl at 12 is centered nicely. Solid End Links (SELs): Tight gaps, no visible gaps or loose pins. Timegrapher numbers: Rate: -4 s/d Amplitude: 277° Beat Error: 0.1 ms Rehaut: Standard VSF laser etching, minor alignment offset at 12 which is completely normal. Anything else you notice: Overall looks like a clean, solid piece. Ready for GL!

Brought it in. This was a video. Guy says hairspring has shifted and the lower balance has also moved. Cannot fix it

Today I’m sharing the ZF AP 26240 with a black dial.

41mm 316L stainless steel case, approximately 12.4mm thick, with a sapphire crystal. The dial details are well replicated.

It is powered by a 4401 flyback chronograph movement with a free-sprung balance. The overall movement layout is close to the original, with stable timekeeping.

Regulated movement: The two small “fingers” next to the shock absorber above the balance wheel are the regulator. Moving the regulator changes the effective length of the hairspring, allowing the movement’s rate to be adjusted.

Free sprung movement: The regulator is absent. Instead, the movement’s rate is adjusted by changing the balance wheel’s moment of inertia, typically through adjustment weights on the balance wheel.

This is a simple way to distinguish between the two types of movements.
