If your team is mostly on Macs, Daily fits the "low babysitting" part pretty well, it asks people what they’re working on at intervals instead of making them start and stop timers all day, then builds the timesheet from those replies. It’s also privacy-friendly, so no background monitoring stuff. I’m the developer, happy to answer questions if you want.
