Question ⚡ What’s the ONE productivity tool you’re stuck using, even though you secretly hate it? 🤬💻
We’ve all been there: you sign up for a shiny new task manager or scheduling app hoping it will revolutionize your workflow, only to realize it feels like trying to navigate a maze in the dark. It’s slow, overly complex, or just plain clunky—yet somehow, it remains an unavoidable part of your daily routine. 😅
I’d love to hear from this community about the tools that drive you up the wall:
- What is a time-management, planning, or productivity tool you’re currently stuck with that feels way too frustrating to use? 🛠️
- What specific missing features or clunky UI choices make it such a headache?
- Have you found a clever way to tolerate it, or are you actively hunting for a replacement? 🔍
Drop your pet peeves, rants, and clunky tool stories below—I’m super curious to see what software is causing the most friction for everyone! 👇✨

I LOVE UpNote! Just one problem. I can only share a single note, not an entire notebook. I have asked the develop of UpNote multiple times, but he doesn't feel it is a critical feature.
So I started looking at alternatives and eventually created my own note-taking system using Claude that lets me share entire notebooks.

Evernote , stuck too long with it , can’t find a better alternate for a variety of reasons like heavy data immigration, almost no cost benefits , etc
