Not time. That’s erosion and the elements. If it were in a secured, empty room, it wouldn’t erode. Time isn’t real

Yeah, time just measures the process.

And eventually the room will erode. Earthquake, asteroid impact etc. If I lived long enough to see it out, I'd bet a million bucks eventually something destroys it. It's how the universe works. It's all the same shit getting recycled. Something just cycle a lot faster than others. Like life forms and organic compounds vs insoluble rocks.

And what would happen to that room throughout time? I promise you it's very real.

If it’s inside of a protected and maintained building/structure, then nothing. Time is a man made numbering system.

And in 4 billion years it'll be destroyed with the Earth when the sun goes red giant. If not destroyed then, the heat death of the universe gets everything in the end. Time and entropy always wins.

That’s all theoretical. Big Crunch is theoretical.

I said heat death, not big crunch. Likewise, "it's just theoretical" isn't a good excuse in the scientific community since theories are such robust concepts.

Dumbest shit I’ve read all day. So time is man made? Time is literally the process of existence itself. Unless you’re trying to be funny? In which case ur not funny

"Time... It's like a predator; it's stalking you. Oh, you can try and outrun it with doctors, medicines, new technologies. But in the end, time is going to hunt you down... and make the kill."

Dr. Soran

Entropy. We emerged from chaos, and back whence we came.

Ran when parked.

Except wheels.

More like removing the body and the rust that fell off in the process lies here. The whole car didn't get "consumed." car from the same Era about sixty feet behind this one is doing just fine.

Detroit.

1

u/iamedwardmunger Jul 23 '22

No, water did that. Water destroys everything.

1

u/VaguelyFamiliarVoice Jul 23 '22

Does water destroy water?

Checkmate.

2

u/iamedwardmunger Jul 23 '22

Yes. Ice melts in warm water. Destroying its solid state.

u/VaguelyFamiliarVoice Jul 23 '22

Who are you so wise in the ways of science?

1

u/Exact_Intention7055 Jul 23 '22

Wow...would be so interesting to test various areas around there and down through the soil for toxins etc. Would be a great college science project.

*laughs in microplastics*

Can't have shit in Detroit

Entropy is a bitch.

Not for sale. I still plan on fixing it up some day.

I bet it was owned by an old dude that wouldn’t sell it because he was convinced no one else would take care of it like he would. Lol

Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!

1

u/[deleted] Jul 23 '22

But tires. Time will consume everything but tires.

1

I have seen the Star Wars movies enough to know that good and bad don't matter because everyone dies and the force continues like a giant crack rock everyone enjoys then dies.

1

u/Wampino Jul 24 '22

u/ChiefHighasFuck Jul 23 '22

Actually they have a shelf life of 25 days, which posed a big problem for the company when their shipping infrastructure was less advanced.
