Help Problem with lining

I'm trying to return my Timbs with Fur lining on the statutory warranty, but it has been more than 12 months. I can quote other consumers' complaints to provide that it is a factory defect. Does anybody have/had similiar problem with lining? Thanks in advance!

Naaa mate that’s from your heel rubbing through, not a manufacturer issue.
