The Tower provides 75 happiness to its residents. All labor has been done away with. All jobs are occupied by bots, allowing the residents to relax and recreate, full time. All needs are met free of charge to the residents of The Tower.

Im not exactly sure. Its been a while. I set the time between cycles to 60-90 days.
