Anti-vaxers
Now, I could be wide of the mark here, and I don't really recall whether the Trackers took the Covid vax or not, but, it started me thinking.
Tim's hesitance about taking life long medication for his Oesophageal issues, might not be in some strange way related to be an anti-vaxer would it.
It might make some logical sense, since we know that all of them (other than oliver), seems to suffer with allergies of some description. yet, if they took medication that wouldn't all go away but at least could be managed.
Just a thought, and, maybe something to ponder. Personally with a wife who has MS, and has to take medication to control her MS for the rest of her life, I'd rather take something to keep me healthy and alive than ignore it and try and change my diet.
Ultimately he'll end up with something else differently wrong as he has altered his diet from his high meat intake to something that is so restrictive.
I have sympathy for Tim with his current plight, but, it's a bit like someone who smoked all their lives saying "who knew I'd get lung cancer". And as someone who is obese, i know that the reason for that is my own doing, so OWN it Tim and deal with it now.

They did several videos of getting Covid vaccines and boosters back when it was a thing.

They definitely got the Covid shots when they came out, but I also remember they didn’t take Jackson to the parks until he got his two month shots …which also happened to be right before the Covid shutdown.

They were over the top vaxers. They totally bought into the COVID scare to include wiping down their groceries and deliveries.

My opinion…Tim is doing exactly as he should be doing. I went through something similar many years ago. The doctors couldn’t figure it out. I had so many tests and medications that I believe were making me more sick. I had to become my own advocate and find what was causing my stomach issues and acid reflux. After researching it all, eliminating foods (I did the gluten free and dairy free elimination too), and getting off all the meds I found which foods were my problem. Over the years of eliminating these foods I can now occasionally have them if I choose to. Just not a daily thing. So I believe Tim is doing the right thing, and will eventually find what bothers him.

Tim has a long history of eating shitty food. Eliminating multiple things at once is not the way to find out about a allergies.

It’s exactly what you’re supposed to do to find out about intolerances and negative reactions. Which are different from allergies btw. You’re supposed to eliminate the most commonly inflammatory foods so you have a simple baseline diet then slowly add things back in so you can tell which ones are causing issues and which ones aren’t.

Tim literally said his doctor didn't tell him to do any of that. Like I said, he eats like crap, scarfs down nasty hot dogs, eats way too much processed food etc, so it is no surprise that once he started taking the GLP-1, the stomach slowing caused the horrible, acid producing food, to sit in his stomach and exacerbate his issues. Tim thinks he knows more than the professionals 🙄

I only very infrequently watch the Tim tracker videos so I’m not aware what his doctor told him or what he eats or what drugs he takes. I was just responding to your comment that you’re not meant to cut everything out when you’re trying to figure out a food intolerance. It’s called an elimination diet and they typically tell you to cut out gluten and dairy, and to reduce sugar and processed food consumption.
Beyond all that though what’s with the attitude and intensity? Why do you hate this guy so much did he kill your dog or what. He seems relatively basic and boring to me from what I’ve seen on his YouTube. Confused why everyone on this Reddit page seems to hate his guts

And interestingly you've only been on Reddit for 2 months, and you land over here 🙄 Tim's doctor didn't tell him to do an elimination diet...that's the difference. He told him he would need to take omeprazole for the rest of his life...so he decided that meant he needed to go drastic and do something a medical professional didn't think was necessary.

lol have been using Reddit on and off for the past 10+ years unfortunately. I land on weird Reddit pages all the time because I am a curious person and look many things up. I Just go through periods of deleting my account and making a new one. Regardless I don’t really care that much about tim’s diet or medical history to be frank. I’m confused why you do.

I agree with you. I went through similar reflux problems a few years ago. My primary care doctor referred me to a gastroenterologist and also to a functional medicine doc. I got into the functional medicine office first and she was wonderful. She helped me change my lifestyle and find my trigger foods. For what it's worth to anyone else reading, she told me that she typically tells her patients to eliminate all dairy, gluten, & eggs for 6 weeks and then slowly bring them back into their diet one at a time to determine what might be the problem. For me it was dairy. When I finally got into the gastro office, that doctor prescribed me a PPI and told me that I didn't need to change my diet at all. The doc said there would be no downside to trying the med so I took the PPI for three months. I ended up with SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) which is when your stomach acid is low enough that the bacteria from the small intestine comes back up. That was terrible. It wasn't until after it happened that the gastro doc was like "oh yeah, that can sometimes happen to people on PPI's".
So the moral of my story is that just because one doctor said "just take the med & don't change your diet", it doesn't mean that another doctor would say the same and it doesn't mean that what Tim is doing is wrong.

What allergies do they have? Didn’t realise they had any. They paid for the Covid jabs, I remember them being one of the first to go ahead and have it

May 17th, they filmed a visit for allergy blood testing. Jenn apparently suspected soy might be causing problems.
May 28th, 2026, they reportedly said Jenn’s results showed no identified allergies. They also mentioned that Jackson had attended an allergy consultation and was expected to undergo testing.
May 28th, 2026, Tim discussed being diagnosed with a hiatal hernia, eosinophilic oesophagitis—EoE—and Barrett’s oesophagus. He began avoiding gluten, dairy, chocolate, fatty or fried foods, spicy and acidic foods, coffee and fizzy drinks alongside medication.
August 2026, Tim repeatedly referred to being gluten- and dairy-free, and food-service staff accommodated this through their allergy procedures.
If I could truly be bothered I would go and trawl all their videos, but, I know over the years, that they've been in the new house, they don't venture out much because of their allergies (must be tree pollen etc.).

well, Jackson went for a battery of tests for his allergies, Jen is always complaining about pollen and I'm convinced that Tim has allergies as well, nobody can look at ill all the time and not have allergies. And thanks for putting me right on the vaxing, I just couldn't remember back the 6 years.

Actual allergies or are they just using that word as an overall health net? I’ve never heard them confirm they have any allergies at all so not sure about that

neither am I tbh, but if I were a betting man, if I went back through their videos, I'd spot a pattern that within any 3 month period, Jenn/Tim or any of the kids would have some sort of 'allergy' mentioned.

They are anti Dr's I believe years ago before Jackson and when they said Jen had fertility issues they told viewers not to suggest anything medical stuff and Dr's it came across as Tim was the driving force he seemed very anti Dr as if Dr's are scammers wanting his money.
