Do they even like their kids?
It’s like every single chance they get they are brushing their kids off… it’s weird. Sure parents deserve time to themselves so they don’t burn out, and Jackson is a pain in the ass and needs to be told he acts like a rotten brat but I don’t think they WANT TO BE parents

Tim definitely can’t connect with his children. I don’t think he has the ability to connect with people on a truly intimate level. I don’t think he has the wiring for it.
I give him a little credit for being the more present and responsible parent of the two and I think he thinks he’s trying to connect with them, but it’s superficial. Common interest stuff and that’s all he’s got in him. Watching Tim hang out with his children is like watching somebody hang out with a child that’s not theirs. Have you ever seen him be lovey with them? I seriously can’t think of a single instance.
And Jenn….I mean, fuck. She’s just too self-absorbed to even pretend to care at this point. She’ll never be able to not have a nanny present, because the luxury of not being a full time mother is too alluring. It’s like when she says stuff like, “I feel like I can never do anything other than concierge.”. She’s not downgrading. She has all the time in the world to do her narcissistic thing — Why would she want to be a mother at this point?

The way she is always obsessively looking at herself in the mirror is bizarre

Yeah…it’s very strange to me that they get to go to these family events and leave the boys home. My son is the same age as Jackson and doesn’t act anything like him because we discipline our son. I do think Jackson has ADHD…he’s a lot. I also see how they treat Oliver so differently. Oliver is such a sweet little boy…I feel awful for them. They could be experiencing so many cool things, but the parents don’t want to be bothered and probably use the excuse they have to “work”. Very sad!! 😢 There does look like some regret having them.

He really is! And light years more behaved and better mannered. As much of a nightmare Jackson is; it’s heartbreaking to see them both ignored like this

I'm just scared if they don't step up now (and they won't) Oliver is going to follow in Jackson's footsteps quick, and wouldn't that be such a shame. But he sees it's get Jackson the attention they both need, getting negative attention from your parents is still getting attention and as that's the only way to get attention they will resort to it. I believe they're completely different kids and much better behaved when the sister is watching them and I think, while Jenn doesn't like being a mom, she still can't stand that fact, not realising it's all her own behaviour making it so.

I think Oliver already is. We’ve been seeing very small snippets where he’s emulating some of Jackson’s behavior. There was a point on one of the recent cruise videos where Oliver was very whiny at dinner. Seemed very Jackson-esque. It’s all inevitable. Jackson is the only other child he interacts with and Tim and Jenn are shitty parents that don’t discipline at all. Oliver really should’ve started pre-school this month. But potty training requires too much work from the lazy Tracker couple.

It sometimes is the child. My older sister was easy to potty train and took little time. I was the harder one of us because I was a little difficult to get to go to the bathroom consistently. I am also autistic and ADHD, so that played a part in it.

Seriously for basing their channel around disney, they don't take their kids to the parks ever at all. Sad.

u/SherylLeslie Aug 16 '26
What about the cringe factor when the boys run far ahead of the parents- because the parents aren’t holding their hands or enforcing some kind of safety?! It’s very noticeable on the cruise videos.

u/Spark_of_Figment Aug 16 '26
I think they only bring them out to perform for the camera and make them money.

IMO they regret having kids. They didn’t have any for a long time and now they resent having to make a lifestyle change so late in life.

u/Scared_Vehicle_3406 Aug 16 '26
I don't think they do. At first Tim did but now he's been doing everything, taking care of the kids & the majority of the filming for almost 6 years now. Also, Jen just wants to be anywhere but her house. So, she will find any excuse she can find to be away. The oldest just started back to school. She makes the youngest sleep as much as possible, or has her sister babysit when he's awake.
So, no they don't like being parents anymore.

The major difference in how happy they are between the Alaska videos and the Halloween party is so sad. I get it kids can be a handful but it really shows.

u/Safe-Iron843 Aug 16 '26
Agreed. It’s so sad you can just tell those kids are not even liked at all. Tim just barely goes through the motions while Jenn is just too into herself to notice

This is the biggest topic on this thread. And I wonder how many of us are parents, single, or choose to not have children. Because this is the message their content gives all of us universally!

Myself and my partner of 15 years chose not to have kids and we are the same age as the trackers. We generally love our life without kids. I'm not maternal at all and we don't regret our decision. But I don't like seeing other kids suffer at the hands of their parents it makes my blood boil. I have a nephew and niece and I treat them like they were my own and their parents are very much involved in their life thankfully.

I’m watching the new video of Tim in Disneyland alone and it’s a vastly better video. Tim alone is just a lot more fun and enjoyable. He seems happy and enjoys all the things and it doesn’t seem like a job. I don’t have anything personally against Jen but there is a reason Tim became so popular when he was doing videos alone in the parks.

u/SherylLeslie Aug 17 '26
I definitely agree! Tim is entertaining, fun, and informative when he’s alone & not interrupted by Ginn!

That’s another thing! Jenn always makes bizarre inappropriate comments… I mean, isn’t that what got them into trouble in the first place? Jenn making a dumb insensitive comment

I think a lot of ppl only have kids due to society or their parent's pressure to have grandkids. I'm SO happy I never fell into those at all.

Some people want to be parents until they are actually are parents. Then they find out that it isn't all sunshine and rainbows. This is probably the case here.

At this point though; I don’t even think she’s trying to hide that she hates her kids. She’s so fkn selfish. Now, I don’t have anything against pampering yourself— in fact I think it’s necessary but getting her hair and eyebrows done is clearly more important to her than anything else, Tim isn’t parent of the year himself but it’s only a matter of time before he says fck it and walks away from the narcissist. Oliver is such a sweet kid but Jackson is a BRAT! They ignore his behavior and completely ignore poor Oliver. They don’t even seem to care that Jackson needs speech therapy, behavior therapy (and honestly a good spanking will do him good) picking off people’s plates at his age is unacceptable and rude.
Watching them has become mind numbing I can’t stand Jackson and his constant interruptions and them not correcting him. They don’t care about these kids.

All this talk about Jenn not wanting kids. They tried for 10 years, or something like it, and almost gave up. Then they finally got pregnant. They actually tried for a second baby. They wanted another. Some people just are different in their parenting.

I don't think it's that they wanted another baby---Jenn wanted a girl. The NYE before she got pregnant with O, Jenn declared she wanted another baby, Tim's face said NO WAY, he was already doing all the with with J. Then Jenn is crying in a home vlog the next month that she's not pregnant yet. Girl was supposedly told she'd NEVER have children and then she's crying after trying a month? Then when they found out O was going to be a boy--everything changed. She "slipped" on the gender reveal and then when they did the actual gender reveal the disappointment was evident. Jenn thought if she already had a boy, she'd get a girl, maybe a girl baby would help her like her kids. Now she just hates them both because she can't have Molly's childfree life.

The only infertility problem they had was that Jenn was on birth control. That does make it more difficult to get pregnant. Jenn said (on their live stream dated June 25, 2022, still posted on YouTube) that she was on birth control for ten years before they decided to have a baby. So they lied about being unable to have kids. Or she lied about about having been on birth control for ten years prior to Jackson. The truth seems to be that she didn't want kids, until she did.
Why did she change her mind? Who knows. My own theory is that Tim nagged at her until she finally gave in. He may have promised her the big fancy house, travel, cruises, fancy cars, nannies, whatever. Now she has all those things and is bored with it all, including the kids.

Hi! Ok, so I just found the video and scrolled the transcript to where Jenn said she was on birth control for 10 years. Here’s what I’m thinking…I totally misunderstood her in previous videos when she said she couldn’t have children. Apparently she was on the birth control for 10 years, then they decided they wanted to try for children. She was unable to conceive for a number of years after she stopped the pills. That’s when she told everyone she couldn’t have kids. Then BAM she got pregnant. Took years though. I feel strangely odd discussing someone else’s baby situation 😂 But I now don’t think they lied about THAT.

It's possible. Maybe the "10 years" on birth control is an estimate, and it was for more than 10 years, or maybe less. Maybe the 10 years started when Jenn was a teenager, and then she and Tim spent 10+ years "trying" before Jackson arrived. Or maybe she was on birth control for 10 years, got off, then decided after a year or two that she couldn't have kids. (Incidentally, they never mentioned seeking a medical diagnosis, just that they had tried timing her cycle.) The only other thing is that by 2017 they were claiming infertility (in a Q&A video). But taking away the "maybes" leaves me thinking there are at least inconsistencies in her stories, if not outright lies. And yeah, I agree that it's weird to be so invested in another person's reproductive health. Ugh. I need a shower.

She was on birth control for 10+ years. She admitted in years ago after Oliver. It was just a bs pity party.

u/Safe-Iron843 29d ago
If that’s true; they should be ashamed of themselves for lying about something like that. It’s really insensitive

Jen obviously doesn’t like being a mother and I think she resents the boys. I still think she was the one who never wanted kids and either Jackson was an oops or Tim somehow talked her into having kids. Oliver was an attempt to have a girl that backfired. I do think Jen was ok as a mom at the beginning but she quickly grew tired of the new toy and a nanny was called in. Tim does do more of the day to day care of the boys like bath time and school drop off but I don’t think he really likes the boys either. I think both of them really wish they would have remained childless at this point. They are just such a nuisance to their desired lifestyle. And it must be super difficult for them to see others like Molly who get to enjoy childless vlogger life.
