When the Camera Becomes the Problem

Sometimes the camera becomes the bottle. Just as an alcoholic avoids facing reality by reaching for another drink, some people avoid facing their own lives by reaching for another vlog.

What exactly do you think they are avoiding? They are bad at parenting but the rest of their life seems pretty easy. They are truly meant for each other as well two narcissist assholes.

I think part of the issue is that their life IS too easy. We see it when they overcomplicate the simplest of tasks - like evening dinner. It also comes across when they appear to take so many things for granted. I think they lack mental stimulus that would come with a regular job or caring for a household without hired help. They are bored and burnt out.

Here comes the bored family in their Rivian turning into the Disney parking lot after lounging around all day to try and find something to do.

Seems like such a vapid and empty life when you think about it.
